我們是誰？

「Tempworker Australia & International（澳洲國際臨時工連線）」是由一群關注臨時工作者權益的運動組織者組成，並得到澳洲IWW（世界產業工人工會）分部的大力支持，我們希望和受僱於臨時性契約、派遣公司（仲介）、違法雇主的工人一起面對勞動問題，不管你有被欠薪水、不合理的工作要求還是非法解雇的勞資問題，我們都非常希望協助你，讓我們一起向在澳洲的這些黑心雇主討回我們應得的，並且幫助更多的人能夠有尊嚴、有保障地在澳洲生活、工作。

我們在想什麼？

我們反對勞動彈性化的生產關係，現在的雇主不斷利用仲介、派遣公司、臨時性契約、脫法契約、自然人承攬種種惡性的手段壓低勞動成本，這種作法不但是抹殺了勞工的權利與報酬，也抹殺了勞工的尊嚴。政府從來都只跟財團、企業、資本家們站在一起，他們的眼中只有權力與利益，勞工們唯一能信賴的就是勞工自己，唯有工人們彼此團結，才有機會拿回屬於我們的薪水、權利與尊嚴！

我們能夠做些什麼？

1. 找出屬於你的權益，包括正確的薪水、應有的保障、合理工作權益等

2. 透過申訴、協調、訴訟、行動等方式，協助拿回你應得的薪水、保障與尊嚴

3. 更多的臨時工作者一起團結起來，我們一起用行動改變不合理的勞動狀況
